1:1 Sessions

 

Boost your child's well-being through personalized, one-on-one, 45-minute virtual sessions. Your child will receive personalized support that follows a 12-week curriculum made JUST for them by Jamie herself. As a parent, you will begin to see results after the very first session. Weekly sessions will empower your child to:

  • Learn stress-reduction techniques and impulse control.
  • Identify emotions in real-time and learn new ways to manage feelings in a new and productive way.

  • Manage intense emotions through creative methods.
  • Opportunity to process and practice resilience around whatever life throws at them that week.
